Chocolate pieces12 (about marshmallow size)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare coating: Combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Prepare batter: Beat eggs and add milk in a separate bowl.
  3. Assemble s’mores bites: Insert a chocolate piece into each marshmallow.
  4. Coat s’mores bites: Dip marshmallows in egg mixture, then coat with graham cracker mixture.
  5. Fry s’mores bites: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry coated marshmallows until golden brown.
  6. Drain and cool: Place fried s’mores bites on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar: Sprinkle powdered sugar over cooled s’mores bites.
  8. Serve warm: Enjoy immediately while the chocolate is melted.
